Everything spotless, everything you need is there, close to many interesting places — I highly recommend it, fantastic value for money. It would be a lie to say I disliked anything: compared to many others, it's a truly lovely place, and above all you feel wonderfully at ease. 2 bathrooms, garden front and back… with lovely little touches.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was pristine and exceptionally clean upon arrival — very spacious for our family of four, fully equipped with everything we needed. We were hesitant about booking with no reviews, but we're so glad we took the chance; everything exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend it.

Fantastic stay! Spotless cleanliness, house on two floors with two bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Very quiet area, parking in front and a beautiful garden. Great tip to park free in Mogliano and reach Venice by train. Full kitchen and lovely hosts — we'd gladly return!

We spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful holiday home — the perfect base for our stay. The house was immaculate, fully equipped and we felt at home straight away. Great, strategic location for relaxing and exploring by car or bike. The host was exceptional: kind, helpful and attentive. We even asked for an extra night at the last minute and it was no problem. A five-star experience we hope to repeat soon. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

The house is very beautiful and spacious, in a quiet area yet close by car to the centre with easy parking. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the train to Venice is very convenient. I stayed with my family and my children loved the garden and the comfort. Highly recommended if you have a car!

We booked this perfect place for four. Booking and communication were smooth with an easy check-in. Easy to find by car. Great location in Mogliano Veneto: Venice in 20 minutes by train, free parking 2 minutes from the station. Spotless house, comfortable beds, living room with TV and fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen. Mosquito nets and air conditioning, large bathroom. Lovely back courtyard and bikes were great for exploring. A true 5-star stay — highly recommended!
